This amazing holiday has a rich history, dating back to 1995 when it was first initiated by a man named Bob Nelson, the founder of Recognition Professionals International (RPI). He recognized the importance of showing gratitude to employees for their hard work and dedication, and thus, this special day was born! So, why exactly do we need Employee Appreciation Day ?
